Updated on Jby Ritwik Mitra: CRPGs might not be all the rage right now, but there's no denying the fact that this genre used to be dominant during the golden age of PC gaming, with Fallout 2 being an especially notable title in this regard for being a massive improvement over its predecessor and a fantastic game from start to end. Since a Fallout 2 remake won't be coming anytime soon, we've refreshed this list to add even more of the best Fallout 2 mods to improve the experience of playing the original title. While there aren't nearly as many mods for Fallout 2 as there are for the franchise's third and fourth installments, there are many awesome Fallout 2 mods that make the game more enjoyable. This ensures that all new features that are added to FOMM will be available for both games. Some issues with Fallout 2, such as its incompatibility with modern systems, make it rather hard for gamers to try this classic out today.
